摘要: The conventionally accepted models for the interpretation of pressure transient tests in naturally fractured reservoirs usually involve simplistic assumptions regarding geometry and transport properties medium. Many single well this type fail to show predicted behavior dual or triple porosity permeability systems cannot be explained by these models. This paper describes application a new model based on fractal approach, discussed elsewhere [2], [6], is applied field data from Geysers Geothermal Field. objective present an alternative that characterizes medium manner more consistent with other evidence. novel insight gained allows identification important characteristics fracture structure feeds particular well. Some simple are also presented match results.
