摘要: The regulation of the activity L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) in seedlings complex heterocygotes Oenothera berteriana (with chromosome complexes B and I) odorata v their progeny was investigated. following main results were obtained: plasmotype (plasmon) has a significant effect upon amount increase PAL during illumination with continuous far-red light (Figs. 2-5). Combined genotypes v.I, B.I l.v effects higher maximal after 20 hrs than odorata. This influence plasmon is constantly inherited. characterized by order I-v-l-B; I-complex causes highest, B-complex lowest PAL-activity. Cytoplasm plastids have no apparent either on PAL-activity darkgrown or which brought about wounding (Fig. 7). Therefore it can be concluded that affects very specifically light-induced PAL-synthesis. There evidence so far for existence isoenzymes forms.
