摘要: Inhibition of cell apoptosis is an increasingly important factor in modulating airway inflammation asthma, which related to environmental pollutants. To investigate the effects sulfur dioxide (SO(2)) on mRNA and protein expressions apoptosis-related genes lungs from asthmatic rats, male Wistar rats were challenged by ovalbumin (OVA) or SO(2) (2 ppm) inhalation alone together. Examinations performed 24 h after last treatment. The levels p53, bax, bcl-2 analyzed using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay Western blot analysis, respectively. results indicated that increases decreases p53 bax not significant exposed alone, compared with controls, but elevated reduced these appeared plus OVA, suggesting exposure could result OVA-induced transcription translation rat lungs, may have relations asthma. regulation mechanism asthma disease needs further study.
