摘要: The Tuberculosis is the classical human mycobacterial disease, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. disease primarily affect lung and causes pulmonary tuberculosis, as well intestine, bone, joints, meninges, lymph nodes, skin other tissue of body, causing extra Thus there arises need to understand relationships among various parameters these proteins for prediction their classes, structures functionality. computational approaches classes are fast economical therefore can be used complement existing wet lab techniques. Realizing importance, in this paper an attempt has been made correlate them with amino acid composition predict fair accuracy. This a novel method where classified on basis using Support Vector Machine. SVM implemented Light package. discriminates different strains Tuberculosis. performance was evaluated 10-fold cross-validation accuracy 100% obtained.
