摘要: Strenuous exercise is associated with an inflammatory response involving the activation of several types blood cells. In order to document specific these cell types, we studied effect three maximal tests conducted exhaustion on quantitative and qualitative pattern circulating cell-derived microparticles molecules in healthy subjects. This study mainly indicated that plasma concentration from platelets polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) was increased immediately after strenuous exercise. addition, increase PMN still observed 2 hours recovery. A similar for IL-6 level. contrast, no change either soluble selectins or red cells, monocytes endothelial agreement, sVCAM-1 sICAM-1 levels were not changed by We conclude a accompanied platelet- PMN-derived microparticle production probably reflects two types.
