摘要: Protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) are now recognized to be involved in a multitude of signaling events that control fundamental biological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, and movement. PTPs, which were initially thought less discriminating their actions compared with protein kinase counterparts, known regulate these various precise manner. This review will focus on the concept PTPs exhibit remarkable specificity through intrinsic differences between PTP domains modes regulation endows them capacity promote unique physiological responses.
