摘要: The effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on the oxidative stress (OS) and inflammation caused by polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNLs) in end-stage renal failure patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) was investigated vivo vitro. studies were performed isolated PMNLs from peripheral blood CAPD before following 6 weeks EPO treatment healthy controls. OS expressed rate superoxide release phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) stimulated inflammatory state evaluated PMNL counts enrolled subjects. Following patients, both fell significantly when compared with pretreatment values. In vitro incubation increasing amounts displayed a significant reduction their rates release. EPO, direct interaction PMNLs, attenuated primed state, causing inflammation.
