摘要: The purpose of the present study was to test changes in expression growth-associated protein (GAP-43) after chronic treatment with two different psychotomimetic drugs: amphetamine and phencyclidine. Rats were treated chronically for 7 days (twice daily) 5 mg/kg phencyclidine sacrificed 2, or treatment, following 7, 14 21 recovery full (7 days). Separate groups rats on same regiment haloperidol, control group vehicle. To determine effects drugs GAP-43 we have used Northern blotting quantitative situ hybridization. Treatment induced decrease mRNA expression, that detected also during period, up last day treatments. On contrary, PCP increase detectable from first until treatment. haloperidol did not produce significant expression. It can be suggested upregulation upon occurs as a result functional activation pathways able participate remodeling, while showed neurotoxic effect, decreasing mRNA.
