摘要: Single crystals of lithium, sodium, and potassium titanates were grown with high-temperature constant-voltage electrolysis TiO2 A2MoO4 (A = Li, Na, K) as fluxes. Using the potassium-containing flux, needle-like hollandite-type KxTi8O16 a maximum length ∼1 mm successfully obtained. On other hand, Na2+xTi6O13 ramsdellite-type Li2+xTi3O7 ∼3 when sodium- lithium-containing fluxes employed, respectively. This report demonstrates that electrochemical crystal growth is favorable to obtain various one-dimensional tunnel structures upon varying alkali-metal elements. The diversity in structural types resultant single reasonably explained terms ionic size alkali metals incorporated.
