摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the blood flux responses isometric contractions and recovery. We also wanted variations in Laser Doppler fluxes (LDF) within upper trapezius muscles, concordance between left right sides reliability blood-flux measurements over measurement days. Ten subjects, mean age 25 years (21-35 years), performed two shoulder abduction at 10% maximal voluntary contraction torque (MVC), repeated on separate LDF were measured three sites muscles bilaterally. Mean arterial pressure, heart rate electromyography from recorded. during rest are good; however, considerable positions different observed. Laser-Doppler microcirculation is a promising method. Considerable sites, days indicate caution with interpretation conditions individuals.
