摘要: Background Treatment of iron deficiency with intravenous (i.v.) is a first-line strategy to improve anaemia chronic kidney disease. Previous in vitro experiments demonstrated that different i.v. preparations inhibit differentiation haematopoietic stem cells monocytes, but their effect on monocyte macrophages and mature dendritic (mDCs) has not been assessed. We investigated substance-specific effects sucrose (IS), sodium ferric gluconate (SFG), carboxymaltose (FCM) isomaltoside 1000 (IIM) monocytic M1/M2 mDCs.
