摘要: Loss of fixation between bone and implant surface is one the main treatment problems in total hip arthroplasty. It might lead to instability, loss failure resulting revision surgery. Surface modification a method for improving response increasing osseointegration. However, currently applied modifications such as hydroxyapatite coatings do not meet expectation provide good clinical result. The object study was evaluate influence acetabular cup on remodelling Clinical radiological outcomes were evaluated patients two years after cementless replacement. Two groups compared: with component uncoated titanium hydroxyapatite-coated surface. Hips X-rays analysed early signs losing stability cups. surgery analysis did reveal any statistical differences stability, migration components endoprosthesis both groups.
