摘要: A human neuroblastoma from a female patient was directly transplanted into nude mice and serial transplantation established. Histology of the tumor almost same as that patient. During transplantation, high frequency metastasis to distant organs such ovaries, lymph node cerebrum observed, especially in ovaries where metastatic rate reached 66%. Regarding distribution involved, there is close similarity between with tumor-bearing mice. This transplantable provided unique research tool for studies on its morphological biological nature, including metastasis.
