摘要: Abstract Objective To estimate overall survival, disease-specific and progression-free survival among high grade endometrial carcinoma cases to determine factors impacting for non-Hispanic white black women. Methods We identified women from ongoing institutional studies, determined eligibility through medical record pathologic review. estimated effects of demographic clinical variables on outcomes using Kaplan Meier methods Cox proportional hazards modelling. Results Non-Hispanic Black with BMI Conclusions race interact modify the association survival. Other potentially modifiable factors, such as reducing comorbidities increasing access GCT will improve after diagnosis carcinomas. A better understanding molecular drivers these carcinomas may lead targeted therapies that reduce morbidity mortality associated aggressive tumors.
