摘要: A requirement for potassium growth and forembryogenesis in suspension cultures of wild carrot (Daucus carota L.) was demonstrated. The concentration K+ required maximal (1 mM) less than that embryogenesis (20 mM). Neither Na+ nor NH4+ could replace K+. Ammonium ion enhanced when present at suboptimal levels greater 1 mM. Nitrogen sources strongly influenced embryogenesis, but the effects nitrogen were separable from those Subline differences noted. CSC-29 produced nearly half maximum embryo number mM while CSC-31 no embryos concentration. Growth slightly repressed by Na+, more similarconcentrations Na+. Embryogenesis unaffected In CSC-31, lower concentrations
