摘要: We report herein the engineering of surface/interface properties graphene oxide (GO) films by controllable photoreduction treatment. In our recent works, typical processes, including femtosecond laser direct writing (FsLDW), holographic lithography, and UV irradiation, have been employed to make conductive reduced (RGO) microcircuits, hierarchical RGO micro-nanostructures with both superhydrophobicity structural color, as well moisture-responsive GO/RGO bilayer structures. Compared other reduction protocols, for instance, chemical thermal annealing, strategy shows distinct advantages, such mask-free patterning, chemical-free modification, degree, environmentally friendly processing. These works indicate that surface interface GO through holds great promise development various graphene-based microdevices.
