摘要: The impact of various industrial developments on water resources may be in the range minimal to severe. An intensive investigation was conducted highly industrialized area Angul determine quality status. industries such as coal mines MCL, Aluminium Plant NALCO and its CPP, Talcher Super Thermal Power Station NTPC etc. are situated along with river stretches. Brahmani their tributaries main source for activities within study areas. But at same time effluents, mine drainage water, untreated sewage from urban settlements, run-off agricultural field, mining areas open defecation banks have been contributing pollution load water. deterioration give adverse effect human health aquatic ecosystem directly or indirectly. This paper attempt focused overall status management strategies.
