摘要: The U.S. is experiencing a nursing shortage that threatening its quality of healthcare. One contributing factor has been identified the level dissatisfaction nurses have with their working conditions. Health Services Organizations can use female and family friendly initiatives, such as workplace lactation programs to demonstrate they are willing support employee's task balancing familial profession roles. By meeting needs breastfeeding mothers, organizations positive impact on employees' levels satisfaction, which positively recruitment efforts, productivity retention.
