摘要: The upper femur has long held a fascination for both clinicians and bioengineers as it contains two trabecular columns obviously related to its function. In this respect theories the formation of these have developed, associated with Wolff: Trajectorial Theory, which relates mainly passage forces through cancellous bone femur, Wolff’s Law formation, describes bone’s reaction in general. concepts nevertheless are often used synonymously. Theory propounds that structures femoral neck due tension compression forces, while modern day only acknowledge action forces: herein lies paradox. Law, when applied mutually exclusive. evidence, anatomical physiological, indicates forms within solely under influence forces. This would indicate is not appropriate region. An alternative conceptual way looking at region presented eliminates theory resolves
