摘要: When a dispersion of oxide ceramic particles in certain volatile organic solvents is mixed with less than about 2 percent by weight (based on the particles) an oligomeric polysiloxanol dispersant, and allowed to settle, oligomer provides multiplicity OH groups, many which are available for interactive bonding surfaces particles. The net result that settle more slowly; also, sediment has density higher from same solvent monomeric silane was formed. Exceptionally dense strong "tape", making sintered circuitized multilayered structures, produced capitalizing this phenomenon. effectiveness predicated upon prehydrolysis siloxane, prior forming dispersion. In stable suspension binder, slip viscosity lowered compared containing no or siloxane monomer as at dynamic shear rates range 5-70 sec -1 . Green cards cut tape have greater pull strength, Young's modulus, stress break, adhesion each other stack, strain break green made oligomer.
