摘要: Associations between self-report symptom profiles for nicotine withdrawal, personality (TPQ, EPQ-R), life-time history of psychopathology and smoking were examined in data obtained from 553 female adult Australian twins (246 regular smokers), aged 32-48 years, who had participated a telephone interview survey that included assessments history, dependence symptoms withdrawal. Two hundred two respondents high-risk pairs where either the respondent or respondent's co-twin reported alcohol dependence; 351 control pairs. Latent class analysis was used to identify subtypes ('classes') smokers reporting similar withdrawal profiles. Three major classes identified which appeared represent continuum mild severe Smokers best characterized by hands shaking prominence depressive features. There marked increases rates as function severity class. In contrast, significantly elevated depression, conduct disorder anxiety observed only among most Neuroticism factor strongly associated with development symptoms.
