摘要: Introduction: Little research has been devoted to preschool obesity prevention in Tunisia. Our purpose was evaluate feasibility and effects of an intervention program for preschoolers, parents kindergarten staffs aiming increase the proportion children doing physical activity those with balanced eating habits. Methods: We carried out a quasi-experimental study two groups: A control group group. The participants were preschoolers aged 4 5 years, their staffs. sample size select based on significance level α=5% power 1-β=80% 10% change practice In each group, we made pre-post assessment diet consisted multidimensional lifestyle training sessions, workshops, tournaments educative supports. Data analysis stratified according socioeconomic status. Results: At baseline, 270 269 composed respectively groups. post-assessment, number increased 347 230 52.9% mothers 56.5% fathers executive versus 37.1% 43.5% habits had significantly between baseline post-assessment both parents. outdoors improved among without significant change. there observed only fathers. Conclusion: Significant changes characteristics obtained unlike status seems be determinant guiding program.
