摘要: The successful elaboration of immune responses in vertebrates is critically dependent on the generation a satisfactory repertoire antigen receptor structures capable discriminating universe pathogens from similarly complex set autologous determinants. Diversification receptors achieved through somatically propagated gene rearrangement events that juxtapose discontinuous germline segments, forming lymphocyte-specific transcriptional units. combinatorial assembly segments permits limited amount genetic material to encode an enormous distinct recognition structures.
