摘要: We conducted a cross-sectional, descriptive, qualitative study, set in postpartum unit, of 21 nulliparous women who spontaneously went into term labor at home. Our aim was to characterize symptoms onset and progression active before hospital admission for childbirth. The most frequent reported were contractions, pain, ruptured membranes, cramping, feelings nervousness excitement. Women that as progressed the phase, their pain increased, length strength contractions became more difficult tolerate. Women's descriptions can aid development criteria help identify support decisions about timing
