摘要: a b s t r c Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) coat protein (CP) accumulated in tomato leaves during infection. The CP was immuno-detected the phloem associated cells. At early stages of infection, punctate signals were detected cytoplasm, while later aggregates increasing size localized cytoplasm and nuclei. Sedimentation extracts through sucrose gradients con- firmed that progress infection accompanied by formation size. Genomic ssDNA found nucleus, dsDNA replicative form exclusively with nucleus. CP-DNA complexes immuno-capture PCR nuclear cytoplasmic large aggregates. Nuclear contained infectious particles transmissi- ble to test plants whiteflies. In contrast susceptible tomatoes, resistant delayed. By experimentally changing level resistance/susceptibility plants, we showed maintenance midsized resistance, where characteristic susceptibility. We propose sequestering into retarding insoluble containing is part response TYLCV.
