摘要: Elucidation of endogenous cellular protein-protein interactions and their networks is most desirable for biological studies. Here we report our study human coregulator protein complex obtained from integrative mass spectrometry-based analysis 3290 affinity purifications. By preserving weak during isolation utilizing high levels reciprocity in the large dataset, identified many unreported associations, such as a transcriptional network formed by ZMYND8, ZNF687, ZNF592. Furthermore, work revealed tiered interplay within that share common proteins, providing conceptual organization proteome composed minimal modules (MEMOs), isoforms (uniCOREs), regulatory complex-complex interaction (CCIs). This resource will effectively fill void linking correlative genomic studies with an understanding functions formulation testing future hypotheses.
