MobileSense - Sensing Modes of Transportation in Studies of the Built Environment

摘要: We discuss a study we conducted using the Mobile Sensing Platform and GPS information to record activities locations of 53 subjects, each whom collected data for one week. Using this are developing methods combining activity inference from sensors infer mode transportation, label significant locations, extract trips. Although our collection was non-consumer sensor platform, how can translate onto existing mobile platforms such as iPhone Nokia N95, these will enable us larger populations draw more concrete conclusions about relationship between urban environment people’s activities.
