摘要: Gastroparesis refers to chronically abnormal gastric motility characterized by symptoms suggestive of mechanical obstruction and delayed emptying in the absence obstruction. It may be idiopathic or attributable neuropathic myopathic abnormalities, such as diabetes mellitus, postvagotomy, postviral infection, scleroderma. Dietary behavioral modification, prokinetic drugs, surgical interventions have been used managing patients with gastroparesis.
