摘要: Gastroparesis refers to chronically abnormal gastric motility characterized by symptoms suggestive of mechanical obstruction and delayed emptying in the absence obstruction. It may be idiopathic or attributable neuropathic myopathic abnormalities, such as diabetes mellitus, postvagotomy, postviral infection, scleroderma. Dietary behavioral modification, prokinetic drugs, surgical interventions have been used managing patients with gastroparesis. Although mild gastroparesis is usually well managed these treatment options, severe very difficult control require referral a specialist center if are intractable despite pharmacological therapy dietetic support. New advances drug therapy, botulinum toxin injection, electrical stimulation techniques introduced might provide new hope refractory This article critically reviews field from perspective clinician.
