摘要: Abstract Zinc-substituted hydroxyapatite nanoparticles synthesized by the co-precipitation method were used to coat stainless steel plates electrophoretic deposition in n-butanol with triethanolamine as a dispersant. The effect of zinc concentration synthesis on morphology and microstructure coatings was investigated. It is found that current densities significantly increase increasing concentration. zinc-substituted analyzed X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. inferred predominate chemical composition coatings. With Zn/Ca ratios, contents decrease final products. can be burnt out heat treatment. tests adhesive strength have confirmed good adhesion between substrates. formation new apatite layer has been observed after 7 days immersion simulated body fluid. In summary, results show dense, uniform are obtained when ratio reaches 5%.
