摘要: ABSTRACTWe investigated the effects of spatial resolution bathymetry data on predicted local distribution large gorgonian corals southern Emperor Seamounts in high seas North Pacific. Terrain attributes were calculated from bathymetric survey at six different grid-cell sizes (25–800 m) to investigate how values bottom terrain and prediction MaxEnt habitat suitability models would vary with size. The each attribute showed patterns among sizes, demonstrated better performance size 100 m or less than larger sizes.
