摘要: Studies on RNA targeting by small molecules to specifically control certain cellular functions is an area of remarkable current interest. For this purpose, a basic understanding the molecular aspects interaction with various structures essential. Alkaloids are group natural products potential therapeutic utility, and very recently, their many have been reported. Especially noteworthy protoberberines aristolochia alkaloids distributed widely in botanical families. Many these exhibit excellent binding affinity that may be exploited develop targeted therapeutics. This review attempts present status structures, mainly highlighting biophysical aspects.
