摘要: The current work focuses on the role of citric acid and malic in enhancing shelf life sensory characteristics orange juice. A decrease total soluble solid (TSS) was observed by refractometer. analysis using nine point Hedonic scale showed an overall preference towards 90:20 citric: ratio.
