摘要: The authors report on an 11-month-old girl who presented with a hepatoblastoma. tumor was located in Couinaud's segments IV, V, VII, and VIII. She received adjuvant chemotherapy accordance the Japanese Study Group for Pediatric Liver Tumor Protocol-2, thereafter showed partial response, involving IV underwent modified central bisegmentectomy (segments VIII, part of V). postoperative course uneventful, patient is now doing well 22 months after operation. consider to be volume-saving operation, and, based volumetric analysis, estimated preserved volume functioning liver parenchyma determined 87%. However, if using right trisegmentectomy, only 44%. useful alternative operation patients centrally hepatoblastoma minimize both morbidity mortality.
