摘要: Polar lipid compositions of seven strains belonging to the four species Mesorhizobium genus were described. The patterns very similar. Only quantitative differences observed. Diphosphatidylglycerol (DPG), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and phosphatidylcholine (PC) found be major phospholipids analysed bacteria. In addition, two methylated derivatives PE observed: phosphatidyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine (DMPE) phosphatidyl-N-monomethylethanolamine (MMPE). head groups those predominately acylated with lactobacillic (19:0 cyclopropane) acid. Ornithine-containing (OL) was also identified. 3-hydroxy fatty acids in preparations derived exclusively from ornithine lipid. 3-hydroxylactobacillic main acyl residue amide linked ornithine.
