摘要: In mouse pregnancy, pubic symphysis (PS) remodels into an elastic interpubic ligament (IpL) in a temporally regulated process to provide safe delivery. It restores at postpartum assure reproductive tract homeostasis. Recently, macrophage localization the IpL and dynamic changes expression of inflammatory mediators observed from end pregnancy (D18, D19) early days (1dpp, 3dpp) highlighted necessity identification key molecules involved innate immune processes PS remodeling. Therefore, this study uses morphological high-sensitivity molecular techniques identify both association with extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling immunological D18 3dpp. Results showed active gelatinases ECM components 25 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related activities tissues Additionally, microarray proteomic analysis significant tissue DEGs complement system activation proteins (DEPs) phagocytosis, highlighting involvement macrophage-related findings suggest that is associated evidence modulation ensures relaxation fast recovery for first labor.
