摘要: Polypropylene/silica microcomposites with high aspect ratio silica fillers were in situ generated into a molten polypropylene (PP) matrix. The synthesis of the inorganic domains are based on hydrolysis-condensation reactions both alkoxysilanes precursors, tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and Dynasil® 40 (composed TEOS partially condensed residual ethoxy groups) respectively. sol–gel kinetics studied at room temperature an acid hydroalcoholic medium for several conditions pH associated to processing keys factors control deformability droplets. Thanks shearing hot stage coupled optical microscope, needles obtained solution treated 120 min = 3 presence 4 g ethanol then placed between two slices PP stage. deformation droplets observed once material was applied.
