摘要: As the result of various effects (viruses, metabolic diseases, nutritional factors, toxic agents, autoimmune processes) abnormal liver function, steatosis and connective tissue remodeling may develop. Progression this process is complex including pathways a number factors. The authors summarize factors involved in progression chronic disease. They describe role cells produced inflammatory mediators cytokines, as well relationship between disease intestinal flora. emphasize oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction cell death progression. Insulin resistance micro-elements (iron, copper) relation to damage are also discussed, genetic epigenetic aspects underlying summarized. Discovery novel treatment options, assessment effectiveness treatment, success proper timing transplantation depend on better understanding
