A Factor Analytic Study of the Boredom Proneness Scale

摘要: This study investigated the factor structure of Boredom Proneness (BP) Scale. Previous research on boredom indicates existence at least five factors that comprise this construct. Data from 385 participants BP scale items were analyzed through a principal components analysis with varimax rotation in which requested. The results supported hypothesis proneness, and therefore scale, consists are conceptually similar to those discussed literature. findings terms how they provide more precise measurement construct, may have implications for counseling, education, industry.
