摘要: Hydrological Modeling System (HEC-HMS) is new generation software for precipitation runoff simulation. A computer program, "Hydrologic Systems" (HEC-HMS), developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers used to carry out project on modelling watershed Wochhu river basin in Paro Dzongkhag, Bhutan. This program engineering practice determine drainage characteristics both rural and urban watersheds. The Resource Sat data have provided useful analysis land use cover image. classified year 2012 from National Land Comission, Bhutan were our study purpose. contour map SRTM image (DEM) reveals gives idea about topography area different water resources related planning purposes. Stream network was done we got where should be proper purposes order trap harness maximum which coming up upstream going downstream. Thiessen polygons created using 35 rain gauge stations. It assigned gauges stations areal catchments calculated. time series including rainfall discharge processed MS-excel. Automatic delineation SWAT Tool ARC-GIS. In addition other initial setup files i.e model, land-use, Arc GIS ERDAS imported HEC -HMS. Model run a calibration period January 2000 2010(10 years). calibrated parameters validated next 10 years. estimated values matching with observed runoff.
