摘要: Abstract: Laser assisted bioprinting (LAB) is an emerging tool for tissue engineering (TE) that allows printing of cells and liquid materials with a cell-level resolution, to reproduce the anisotropy living tissues. We have integrated LAB in dedicated workstation allow rapid prototyping applications. After introducing rationale TE, we present physical parameters related laser induced forward transfer technique (LIFT), implemented LAB. These must be tuned print viable cell patterns respect histological organization, high throughput manufacturing. Finally, some typical multi-component printing, 3D approaches, vitro as well vivo.
