摘要: The sensitivity of larval Culicidae to vegetable tannins was investigated in different taxa representative the fauna from alpine hydrosystems (Aedes rusticus, Culex pipiens) and foreign noxious aegypti, A. albopictus). Bioassays reveal that tannic acid at concentrations 0.1–6 mM is significantly more toxic for C. pipiens than Aedes taxa, aegypti sensitive albopictus rusticus. Comparison rank order among with associated levels cytochrome P-450, esterase, glutathione-S-transferase activities suggests P-450 esterases may be involved detoxification tannins. A possible involvement these detoxifying enzymes also revealed vivo by synergistic effects S,S,S-tributyl phosphorotrithioate (esterase inhibitor) piperonyl butoxide (P-450 inhibitor). differential discussed terms ecological implications within mosquito communities hydrosystems, where acquisition tannins–detoxifying enzymatic systems considered as a key innovation.
