摘要: The aim of this study was to shed light in the complexity ovine colostrum proteome, with a specific focus on low abundance proteins. is characterized by few dominating proteins, as immunoglobulins, but it also contains less represented protein species, equally important for correct development neonates. Ovine colostrum, collected immediately after lambing, separated 1D SDS-PAGE. Proteins bands were digested trypsin and resulting peptides analyzed LC-MS/MS. On basis Swiss-Prot database, total 343 unique proteins identified. To our knowledge, represents most comprehensive analysis proteome.
