摘要: The subacute toxicities and toxicokinetics of a new erectogenic, DA-8159, were evaluated after single (at the 1st day) 4-week 28th oral administration drug, in doses 0 (to serve as control), 12.5, 50 200 mg/kg/day, to male female dogs (n=3 for each dose). DA-8159 had an effect on immune-related organs (or tissues), circulatory systems, liver, adrenal glands, ovaries pancreas. toxic dose was mg/kg no observed adverse level less than dogs. There significant gender differences pharmacokinetic parameters both administration. dose-independent administration; time reach peak plasma concentration (Tmax) dose-normalized area under concentration–time curve from zero 24 h (AUC0–24 h) not significantly different among three doses. However, accumulation considerable at dose, mg/kg/day. For example, administration, AUC0–24 value mg/kg/day (4.71 15.3 μg h/ml) greater that 12.5 After Cmax higher greater, respectively, those Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
