Towards ecosystemic stance in Finnish public sector enterprise architecture

摘要: Governments and organizations in both public private sector are operating fields of ever-growing uncertainty complexity. To study this complex environment, the concept ecosystems has been suggested, interpreting as intertwined systems among layers evolving ecosystems. While offering possibilities, an ecosystemic environment might prove to be challenging, change from traditional governance structures difficult manage, requiring holistic yet detailed view.
