摘要: Governments and organizations in both public private sector are operating fields of ever-growing uncertainty complexity. To study this complex environment, the concept ecosystems has been suggested, interpreting as intertwined systems among layers evolving ecosystems. While offering possibilities, an ecosystemic environment might prove to be challenging, change from traditional governance structures difficult manage, requiring holistic yet detailed view. Enterprise Architecture (EA) interest academics practitioners for few decades, one most prominent solutions managing organizations. Recently, it discussed that EA should further evolve respond interconnectedness organizations’, thus extending focus enterprise architecting intra-organizational level. Based on data 26 in-depth practitioner interviews Finland, we discuss how developed better support Finnish Our indicates qualities such organizational capabilities, view, co-creation needs-based utilization essential features ecosystem EA.
