摘要: ZnO powders were prepared via the solid-state reaction at 800°C in air, nitrogen, and hydrogen atmospheres, respectively. Raman spectra show that concentration of oxygen vacancies greatly increases when sample is atmosphere. The particle size distributions air nitrogen atmospheres are better than dielectric parameters samples determined frequency range 8.2–12.4 GHz. Results real part ɛ′ imaginary ɛ″ complex permittivity atmosphere reveal greatest values three samples. loss mechanism was discussed.
