摘要: The successful design and application of the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) method as a decision making tool depends on efficient computation its order weights. most popular methods for determining weights are fuzzy linguistic quantifiers approach minimal variability which give different behavior patterns OWA. These will be compared by using sensitivity analysis outputs OWA with respect to optimism degree maker. theoretical results illustrated in water resources management problem. gives more information about comparison method.
