摘要: Abstract Guided elastic-wave-inspection technique for hollow cylinders has received plenty of attention in recent years because its high efficiency and low cost. To apply guided elastic waves to defects detection, it is necessary investigate the propagation under all kinds boundary conditions. In this paper, dispersion equations torsional, longitudinal flexural with traction-free clamped lateral boundaries are derived by elastodynamic theory, based on which phase group velocity curves mentioned above obtained. And properties these discussed detail. The transient wave a free-clamped cylinder simulated finite element method (FEM). time–frequency distribution agrees well theoretical curves.
