On identifying user complaints of iOS apps

摘要: In the past few years, number of smartphone apps has grown at a tremendous rate. To compete in this market, both independent developers and large companies seek to improve ratings their apps. Therefore, understanding user's perspective mobile is extremely important. paper, we study iOS by qualitatively analyzing app reviews. total, manually tag 6,390 reviews for 20 We find that there are 12 types user complaints. Functional errors, requests additional features, crashes examples most common addition, almost 11% studied complaints were reported after recent update.
