摘要: Admission control procedures compensate for delays between radio resource grants and releases using predicted measurement values to permit more accurate admission in a mobile communications system. Initially, value of radio-related parameter is obtained. The effect requested or recently allocated de-allocated will likely have on the estimated predicted. A determination made whether allocate additional resources based effect. estimation time period an interval allocating/de-allocating detecting that value.
