摘要: Disclosed is a liquid, radiation curable composition comprising: (A) an unsaturated polyester component containing polymer, oligomer or mixture thereof; and (B) non-polymerized, cocurable vinyl ether which may be separate from structurally incorporated in the component, provided that contains average of at least two groups per molecule component. Also disclosed method coating applying to substrate film invention, curing through its thickness tack-free state by exposing ionizing and/or ultraviolet light.
